Our Billing Platform is 100% customizable so it can fit our client needs and is compatible only with OpenSip.

Our Customized Billing Platform consists of four main tools:

1. Client module include:

new Client activation on prepaid, postpaid basis;
generate and send invoices to customers ( generate a pdf invoice);
web user access (username, password);
add and edit your client company information, which will be included into the invoices;
create and change financial parameters and limits for clients and carriers;
user accounts management (add, edit and block new user, credit limit, delete client);

2. Ratesheet module provide:

price list import / export;
manually Add / Delete / Edit Destinations
pricelist replacement through “Replace Ratesheets”.
pricelist view, importing and editing - you can upload through “import carrier ratesheet” (for carriers pricelists), “import ratesheet” (for clients pricelists), edit all the pricelists with one click.
generate best pricelist. It can generate the best pricelist based on the prices from four or more given carriers choosing from Maximum price - Medium price - Minimum price.

3. Reports module allows:

to perform analysis of any selected customers / suppliers and any selected destination;
to create total billing report for each client for a certain time period;
to view combined report for all attempts sent to different carriers;
to check the technical characteristics and quality of calls ( ASR, ACD …);
to take a look of the Active Calls - for this on trunk you will receive a different access;
to check the remaining balance of all your clients;
to check the recharges made to your clients for a certain period of time;

4. Routes Module helps you:

change automatically the routing ( you can choose between 4 - or more carriers in the same LCR );
using AutoLCR function you can generate your best price carrier LCR;
You can set up prefixes to use for your clients using Prefix Lists
You can change the LCR of each client at any time
You can calculate your latest CDRs in case something was wrong.
