Billing consists of four main tools: Client module, Ratesheet module, Reports module, Routes module.

Client module include:

new client/agent activation on prepaid postpaid basis;
to generate and send invoices to customers ( generate a pdf invoice);

to add and edit your client company information, which will be included into the invoices;
to create and change financial parameters and limits for clients and carriers;

to create total billing report for each client for a certain time period;
to view combined report for all attempts sent to different carriers;
to check the technical characteristics and quality of calls (ASR, ACD …);

to check the remaining balance of all your clients;

Routes Module helps you:

change automatically the routing ( you can choose between 4 carriers in the same LCR ); using AutoLCR function you can generate your best price carrier LCR;
